Core volume sets how much heat the cooler can absorb, while flow area and end-tank shape decide how much pressure is lost across it. Wagner Tuning lists a 2 x 300 x 286 x 110 mm core with 18.9 liters (+40% vs. the factory 13.5 liters) and a flow area of 1,716 cm² (+18% vs. OEM 1,436 cm²). These are Wagner's own comparisons with the factory intercooler; they describe cooling capacity and are not a power figure.
