Shipping Policy


Order Processing
- Most orders process within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
- Orders are final once submitted — we cannot modify or combine orders. If you want to add items, place a new order.
- If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified within 72 hours with an ETA or refund option.


Shipping Methods
- We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size/weight.
- Free shipping (when offered) applies to ground service within the lower 48 U.S. states. ORT reserves the right to choose the most economical method.
- Expedited options are available at standard rates.
- Orders $800+ require signature on delivery.

Free/Promotional Shipping
- Applies to Lower 48 US States only. Will not be applied to Alaska, Hawaii, US Overseas Territories, APO or International addresses, including Canada. 


Address Verification
- For fraud prevention, shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.
- If billing and shipping addresses don’t match, we may require verification or cancel the order.


Damaged Shipments
- If a box arrives damaged, note it with the carrier when possible.
- Inspect immediately. You have 48 hours to provide photos and start a claim.


International Shipping
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Full value will be declared on customs forms — no exceptions.
- Currency is USD; ORT is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
