This website is operated by Open Road Tuning, LLC, doing business as ORT Motorsport (“ORT”). By accessing this site, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order online, by phone, email, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern all transactions without exception.

Pricing & Site Accuracy ORT strives for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability. Errors may occur. ORT reserves the right to correct pricing or typographical errors, cancel or refuse any order, adjust availability, or request payment adjustments due to supplier price increases. If a correction materially affects your order, you will be notified prior to fulfillment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quotes & Order Acceptance Custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Shipping quotes are valid for 14 days due to carrier fluctuations. Orders are not final until payment has been received and accepted. ORT reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

Promotional Codes & Complete Kit Discounts Only one promotional code may be applied per order. “Complete Kit” promotions require all designated components to be purchased on the same invoice or order ticket. Splitting purchases across multiple invoices does not qualify. Promotional, clearance, limited-run, and holiday sales are final sale unless explicitly stated otherwise. ORT reserves the right to cancel orders attempting to bypass promotional terms.

Digital Products, Software & Licenses All tuning software, ECU/TCU upgrades, unlock services, VIN-paired products, digital activations, license transfers, and electronically delivered goods are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance. ORT cannot verify whether software has been accessed, downloaded, installed, transferred, or used. All software-related sales are final regardless of installation status, vehicle changes, or delays in unlocking.

Product Fulfillment & Substitution Supplier packaging, revisions, and availability may vary. ORT reserves the right to substitute equivalent or superior components when necessary. Safety and functionality will not be compromised.

Warranty ORT honors manufacturer warranties only. Warranty terms vary by brand. Warranties cover manufacturer defects only and do not include labor reimbursement, misuse, improper installation, tuning errors, modification, or wear items. Electrical components may carry limited or no warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. ORT does not provide independent warranties beyond manufacturer terms.

Shipping, Damages & Carrier Claims Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Customers must retain packaging, provide clear photographs, and cooperate with inspection requirements. If ORT is the designated shipper and holds the carrier account, ORT will file the damage claim. If a third-party distributor or manufacturer is the designated shipper and holds the carrier account, ORT will facilitate communication but the claim must be processed by the party controlling the shipment. Carrier liability governs all shipping damage claims.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes All orders ship from the United States unless otherwise specified. International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs charges, and government-imposed taxes. ORT does not prepay, reimburse, estimate, or assume responsibility for any such charges. Refusal to pay duties or taxes does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Customs delays are outside of ORT’s control and do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Refused, Abandoned & Undeliverable Shipments Any shipment refused, abandoned, returned, or forfeited due to failure to pay duties or taxes, incorrect address information, failure to respond to carrier or customs requests, or intentional refusal of delivery will not be eligible for automatic refund. If returned to ORT, the item will be held for 14 calendar days. During that period, ORT will attempt to contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges, return shipping fees incurred, and any additional carrier or storage fees. ORT will not cover these costs. If the customer does not respond within 14 days or declines to pay required charges, the order will be deemed abandoned and becomes the property of ORT without refund or credit.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Standard items may not be returned after 30 days from delivery. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a 3% card processing fee. The policy in effect at the time of checkout governs the transaction. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. All returns require prior written authorization and an issued RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returned items must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware and materials. Items showing signs of installation, modification, or use may be denied or subject to additional deductions. Refunds are processed within 14 business days following approved inspection.

Fitment & Data Accuracy ORT relies on manufacturer-supplied fitment data. If a part is confirmed incorrect due to manufacturer data error, ORT will provide a prepaid return label and waive the standard restocking fee. Card processing fees remain non-refundable. If a part is confirmed correct for the vehicle application but the customer elects not to use it for any reason, including installer preference, configuration changes, aesthetic decisions, or misdiagnosis, return shipping costs and all applicable restocking and processing fees apply. Fitment disputes must be verified by ORT prior to return authorization. Installer opinions or assumptions do not override this policy.

Custom, Built-to-Order & Special-Order Products All custom, built-to-order, non-stocked, and special-order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes forged wheels, custom coilovers including JRZ, MCS, Intrax and similar made-to-spec systems, custom-finished products, and any product manufactured or sourced specifically per customer request. By placing such an order, the customer acknowledges that all sales are final.

Installation & Liability Professional installation is strongly recommended. ORT is not responsible for improper installation, third-party installer errors, tuning errors, or vehicle damage resulting from modification. Installer recommendations do not constitute endorsement or assumption of liability.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from transactions with ORT shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction of Pennsylvania.

Acceptance of Terms By completing a purchase with ORT, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These policies govern all transactions and are final.
