Returns Policy

Return Window
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery with an RMA. Contact support before sending anything back.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable. 


Who Pays for Shipping?
- If ORT (or a vendor) sent the wrong part → we cover return shipping and waive fees.
- If you ordered the wrong item → return shipping is on you.
Restocking Fee

- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + 3% card processing fee, no exceptions. 
- Installed, used or damaged parts cannot be returned.

Damaged Returns
- If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos to start a claim.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/special orders.
- Installed/used items.
- Promotional sale items (e.g., Black Friday).

Refunds Policy
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 72 hours.
- Banks may take up to 14 days to reflect the refund.
- All refunds to credit cards incur a 3% processing fee.


Refused Deliveries
- Refused deliveries are subject to return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
- Special-order items refused at delivery are non-refundable.
