Indirect charge cooling uses a coolant circuit to take heat out of the charge air, and that coolant is cooled by water coolers at the front of the car. The coolant temperature sets how cool the charge air can get, so more coolant volume and cooling surface give the circuit more thermal reserve during sustained load. Wagner states the cooler is 14.67 liters against 9.16 liters for the original, a 60% increase that comes mainly from a deeper core (30 mm to 48 mm). Those are Wagner's own comparisons with the original cooler and describe capacity, not a power figure.
