Wagner's intercooler kit for the V8 super-SUVs replaces both factory intercoolers with two cores of 270 x 296 x 115 mm. Total volume is 18.4 liters against the factory 11.4 (+65%), flow area is 1,600 cm² against 1,420 (+13%), each cooler weighs 9.0 kg, and Wagner rates the cores for up to 6 bar.
The kit includes both intercoolers, four silicone hoses, two aluminum pipes, mounting hardware and instructions. Wagner lists the Audi RS Q8 (4M, 441 kW/600 hp, from 2019), the Lamborghini Urus (478-490 kW/650-666 hp, from 2018) and the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, Turbo and Turbo S E-Hybrid (2019-2023). Wagner notes that for the Cayenne, adjustments to the original air ducting are necessary.
Wagner's numbers are comparisons with the factory coolers and describe capacity, not horsepower.
