JDY Audi RS3/TTRS 2.5TFSI Throttle Elbow BOV & Titanium Boost Pipe Kit combines precision engineering with practical performance upgrades. The CNC-machined aluminum billet throttle elbow features oxidation and powder coating for superior corrosion resistance and durability. Designed for tight engine bays, this kit maximizes airflow with an 82mm outer diameter throttle elbow, 76mm inlet pipe, and 82mm connecting silicone hose. The included Precision Turbo Engine 50MM BOV delivers compact, reliable boost control across all vacuum pressures, with adjustable spring tuning for idle conditions. The intercooler-side silicone hose reaches 76mm while maintaining 70mm compatibility with most stock and aftermarket intercoolers. Three 1/8NPT injection ports accommodate WMi or nitrous applications. Kit includes everything needed for installation: stainless steel bolts, extended boost sensor cable, and an extra flange for OEM intake manifold applications. Aftermarket manifold users require no additional components. Not compatible with 8Y DNWA models. Fits: TTRS 8S, RS3 8V2
