• Throttle Elbow & BOV Kit Construction:

  • CNC Machined Aluminum Throttle Elbow: The throttle elbow is made from high-quality billet aluminum, with oxidation and powder coating for a smooth and corrosion-resistant finish.

  • Precision Turbo 50mm BOV: This kit includes a compact 50mm Blow-Off Valve (BOV) that offers solutions for all vacuum pressures. The BOV spring should be adjusted based on vacuum pressure when the engine is at idle.

• Maximized Sizes for Improved Flow:

  • Throttle Elbow: The throttle elbow is optimized with an 82mm outer diameter and a 76mm throttle inlet pipe for better airflow. The connecting silicone hose is also 82mm.

  • Silicone Hose: On the side connecting to the intercooler, the silicone hose measures 76mm, while the other side remains at 70mm, ensuring compatibility with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers.

• Injection Ports for Additional Applications:

  • The kit features three extra injection ports (1/8 NPT size) for Water-Methanol Injection (WMi) or Nitrous applications.

• Additional Flanges for Aftermarket Intake Manifolds:

  • For applications involving the intake manifold, JDY has included an extra flange between the intake manifold and throttle elbow, maintaining the vacuum source.

  • Stainless Steel Bolts are included to secure the parts.

  • Aftermarket Intake Manifold Applications: If you're running an aftermarket intake manifold, no additional flange is required.

• Boost Sensor Adjustment:

  • Due to a change in the position of the boost sensor, this kit comes with a longer sensor cable to accommodate the new setup.
