Kit Includes:

1. JDY iBeam Conrod with ARP2000 Bolts

   • Designed for extreme performance increases up to 1000 HP (275 HP per cylinder). Upgraded rods are crucial for high-performance applications, especially in the VW/Audi 2.0L TSI engines.

2. Diamond Pistons

   • Available in multiple configurations for different Gen3 EA888 engine setups:

     • 38118-4 9.5:1, 82.5mm bore, 23mm pin

     • 38119-4 9.5:1, 83mm bore, 23mm pin

     • 38114-4 9.0:1, 82.5mm bore, 22mm pin

     • 38115-4 9.0:1, 83mm bore, 22mm pin

3. ARP L19 Head Studs

   • Essential for high-boost applications, these studs provide extreme clamping forces to prevent head gasket failures at high pressures.

   • Tensile Strength: 260,000 psi, superior to standard ARP2000 bolts.

   • Corrosion Resistance: L19 is prone to corrosion, so they must be kept well-oiled.

4. ACL Connecting Rod & Crank Bearings

   • Racing-grade bearings that are coated and designed for high performance.

   • Part Numbers: 5M5585H-STD, 4B5562H-STD

5. ARP2000 Block Studs

   • High-strength studs made from 8740 chromoly steel, these offer up to 30% more strength than stock bolts.

   • Complete with side mounting bolts for the main bearing blocks.

6. Athena Ring Cut Head Gaskets

   • Produced with stainless steel and copper rings for superior sealing, even on engines running high boost (over 2 bar).

   • Thickness: 1.4mm, Bore: Ø83.5mm
