aFe Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System - Volkswagen GTI (MKVII) 2.0L Inline-4 Turbo 2015-2019

The aFe Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Pro 5R is a cold air intake for the 2015–2019 Volkswagen GTI (Mk7) with the 2.0L turbo engine, built around an oiled Pro 5R filter and an XLPE intake tube.

aFe says the open-element housing minimizes warm engine air and that the XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) tube resists heat soak, with the OEM scoop still feeding the system. The Pro 5R media is five layers of oiled cotton gauze, each finer than the last, a common way to balance airflow against filtration.

Features

• 360-degree radial flow filter, 3-1/2 inch flange
• Inverted filter top for more surface area and longer service intervals
• Billet aluminum fittings so the stock connections transfer over
• Direct fit on factory mounting points; no cutting or modification
• Clamps, couplings and hardware included

Application

Volkswagen GTI (Mk7), 2.0L turbo, 2015–2019.
