The factory high-pressure fuel pump can become a limiting factor when running ethanol-based calibrations, upgraded turbochargers or higher-output performance software. The 034Motorsport HPFP Piston Upgrade Kit increases the fueling capacity of the original pump while retaining the factory housing.
034Motorsport increases the piston diameter from 10.00mm to 11.67mm, delivering up to 37% more flow than the factory high-pressure fuel pump. This additional capacity supports the increased fuel demands of ethanol, race fuel, upgraded turbochargers and compatible Stage 1+, Stage 2+ and Stage 3 ECU calibrations.
The precision-machined piston and cylinder are manufactured as a matched set for proper clearance and consistent operation. Both components receive a DLC coating to reduce friction and improve durability under the extremely tight tolerances and high operating pressures of the direct-injection fuel system.

Installation
Installation requires removal and disassembly of the factory high-pressure fuel pump. Because the pump operates with extremely tight internal tolerances, assembly must be completed in a clean environment with the proper tools. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
